presence<\/li>\n<li>Approximately 1 hour long<\/li>\n<li>A (simplified) assessment report given to the customer, signed by a professional<\/li>\n<li>Photos of problems identified also given to the customer<\/li>\n<li>Upon request, a list of recommended local arborists provided to the customer<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations must be made by phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the
